The Assistant Manager plans, organizes, directs, and controls the daily activities and functions of their unit. They monitor daily operations, and maintain company standards on a day-to-day basis. The Field Sanitation Technician is responsible for providing detail-oriented sanitation support for all units. The primary focus of this position is to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment at all restaurants by properly cleaning and disinfecting all restaurant/kitchenequipment, walls, both interior and exterior, countertops and floors.
