King Taco Sponsored Antonio Giovinazzi Wins 24 Hour Race of Le Mans

One of the most prestigious motor races in the world – and one part of motorsports ‘Triple Crown’ along with the Monaco Grand Prix and Indianapolis 500 – Le Mans is won by the team that covers the most distance in 24 hours.

Ferrari’s return to the race after a 50-year absence

Ferrari entered this race – the 100th anniversary of the event – in the new Hyperclass category, the top class with the fastest cars in the 2023 edition. This year’s top speed was an eye-watering 347.8 kilometers (216 miles) an hour set by Ferrari’s Antonio Fuoco, #50. The team covered 4,659.40 kilometers (2,895 miles) to win the race. This victory was Ferrari’s 10th top-level win at Le Mans and its first since 1965. 

King Taco has been a proud sponsor of Antonio, driver of Ferrari hypercar #51, and his efforts since 2019; during his three years in Formula 1 with Alfa Romeo, last year with Formula E with Dragon Penske Autosport, and this year in the FIA World Endurance Championship with Ferrari. In an interview with King Taco, Antonio said, "I'm just really proud of what we did together like a team. Before the race it was something impossible to think about, to win the 24 Hours of Le Man, but we made a lot of sacrifice and did a lot of work. Altogether we did something perfect.
