PAY RANGE: $75,000 – $100,000

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations and providing strategic guidance to the HR team. This role requires a deep understanding of HR policies and procedures, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential functions and responsibilities of the Human Resources Supervisor are as follows:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Conduct regular audits of HR processes and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide guidance and support to HR staff, including coaching, training, and performance
evaluations.
• Collaborate with management to address organizational needs and develop strategies for talent
acquisition and retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management.
• Manage the day-to-day responsibilities of the receptionist and the uniform room attendant.
• Occasional travel to the company’s warehouse, restaurants and corporate office if needed.
• And all other duties assigned.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR management, with demonstrated expertise in employee relations,
compliance, California wage & hour laws, and training.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, EEO, and FLSA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate
with diverse teams.
• Proven leadership abilities, with experience supervising and developing HR staff.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
effectively.
• Proficient in speaking, reading and writing in English and Spanish is a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Able to work under pressure and meet company expectations and provide exemplary customer
service to our customers and employees.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
